چکیده

Many neuroimaging processing functions believe the preprocessing and skull strip (SS) to be an important step in brain tumor diagnosis. For complex physical reasons intensity changes structure magnetic resonance imaging of brain, a proper SS is part. The method removing relayed taking away area for medical investigation. It more correct necessary techniques distinguishing between regions cranial this believed demanding task. This paper gives detailed review on traditional transition machine learning deep learning-based automatic imaging.

Skull-stripping for Tumor-bearing Brain Images

Skull-stripping separates the skull region of the head from the soft brain tissues. In many cases of brain image analysis, this is an essential preprocessing step in order to improve the final result. This is true for both registration and segmentation tasks. In fact, skull-stripping of magnetic resonance images (MRI) is a well-studied problem with numerous publications in recent years. Many di...

Skull Stripping Magnetic Resonance Images Brain Images: Region Growing versus Mathematical Morphology

Skull stripping is a major phase in MRI brain imaging applications and it refers to the removal of the brain’s non-cerebral tissues. The main problem in skull-stripping is the segmentation of the non-cerebral and the intracranial tissues due to their homogeneity intensities. Numerous techniques were applied in the studies of skull stripping, most common are region growing and mathematical morph...

Diagnosis of brain tumor using image processing and determination of its type with RVM neural networks

Typically, the diagnosis of a tumor is done through surgical sampling, which is more precise with existing methods. The difference is that this is an aggressive, time consuming and expensive way. In the statistical method, due to the complexity of the brain tissues and the similarity between the cancerous cells and the natural tissues, even a radiologist or an expert physician may also be in er...

Segmentation of Magnetic Resonance Brain Imaging Based on Graph Theory

Introduction: Segmentation of brain images especially from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an essential requirement in medical imaging since the tissues, edges, and boundaries between them are ambiguous and difficult to detect, due to the proximity of the brightness levels of the images. Material and Methods: In this paper, the graph-base...
